Western Australian Young Readers’ Book Award – 2024
West Australian Young Readers’ Book Awards (WAYRBA)
WAYRBA is a readers’ choice award, organised on a statewide basis for young readers. The books are nominated by Western Australian students, who then read and vote for the winning book.
The WAYRBA theme for this year is “READING: YOUR PASSPORT TO ADVENTURE”
The WAYRBA books are displayed at the front entrance of the library and are available for loan.
Please encourage the students to get involved!
Step 1: Borrow a WAYRBA book,
Step 2: Read the book,
Step 3: Return the book; and see Ms Graham to vote and get a stamp in your Reading Passport!
When you have collected 6 stamps, your passport goes into the draw to win a prize during Book Week (Week 6, Term 3).
